Susan Jaggers Bufford is the dynamic Co-Founder of 0924 Investments, LLC - The Bufford Family Office.  

Susan started her illustrious career in real estate, with the unique ability to envision the potential in every property, she earned a reputation for turning houses into luxurious dream homes. It was during that time she realized she had  an innate passion for transforming spaces and an eye for decorating. Combined with her astute understanding of the real estate market, Susan has carved out a niche for herself in the world of design. 

Her sense of spatial awareness, attention to detail, understanding how the properties are built and how they are going to be lived in, has garnered her work with both residential and commercial projects, including instrumental contributions to campus communities developed by Trilogy Health Services. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Susan is deeply involved in giving back to the community. Together with her husband, Randy Bufford, they founded the Bufford Family Foundation, where their shared vision and passion for philanthropy have created a powerful force for positive change. Together, they have embarked on a journey to make a meaningful impact on Louisville.   

With a keen eye for aesthetics and a compassionate heart, Susan has become a respected figure in both the design industry and the philanthropic community. 

Susan resides in Louisville, KY with her husband. Together they have three sons, and four grandsons and a fur daughter, Sasha.
