As the Administrative Partner and Counsel for 0924 Management, he brings a rich blend of experience and a proven track record in navigating complex legal environments. 

Prior to joining 0924 Management, David served as Vice President of Compliance and Operations Counsel at Trilogy Health Services. In this role, he played a key role in upholding rigorous standards of compliance and operational excellence. Before Trilogy, he was Operations Counsel for Kindred at Home, part of Kindred Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company and then the largest provider of home health and hospice services. David also refined his health care law expertise at Hall Render, a leading national health care law firm, during his tenure in private practice.
